AUTOMATIC SUPERFINISHING MACHINE FOR TRACK OF BALL BEARING OUTER RACE
SF-10、SF-11 superfinishing, machines are newly developed by Wuxi Suofei Mechatronics Co.,Ltd. for superfinishing miniature bearing rings. It is both suitable for small batch with a types of types of bearings and for mass and large batch production.Main characteristics
1、The workpiece is held by means of dual-roll fixture.
2、Two workspindles are used for either independent rotation of each spindle of the two spinedls run simultaneously.
3、Two oscillating heads are equiped.
4、The speed of worksindles and the oscillating frequency of the oscillating heads are steplessly varied by A.C. motro via frequency converter.
5、Model of OMRON is used for electric system which may be interlocked with computer net. Detesting/Display unit is provided.
6、The left spindle may be used for track of inner race while the right spindle for track of outer race of the same type bearing rings for varied sizes of products.
7、Both the let and right spindles may be used for superfinishing workpieces with different size at the same time in the same machine to suit the need kf small batch and varied types production.
8、The two spindles may be used for superfinishing workpieces of the same type at the same time to suit the need of mass production.
